To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received. We are unable to offer returns on items that have been customized or altered in any way.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue you a refund or exchange your item for the correct size if available. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.

We also offer a porch pick-up option for local customers, which typically takes 1-3 business days to be ready for pick-up, you will recieve an email notifying you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Please note that all pre-order sales are final unless the item is damaged. If your pre-order item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide a photo of the damage. We will replace the damaged item if replacements are available, or issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.
